A Champion in the Fight Against Hate

In less than a year of the Trump Administration, we’ve had to fight more battles against hate and ignorance than I ever thought would be necessary in 2017. From the Trump-Kobach voting rights intimidation commission, to the announced repeal of DACA, to Trump’s disgusting, unacceptable and continued remarks giving white supremacists and Nazis cover after the Charlottesville riots – we need to stand together as citizens against this hate.

And DCCC Chairman Ben Ray Luján is one of our best, toughest, and most reliable leaders - paving the way for A Better Deal for the American people.

He's Our Guy

Over the years, I’ve met many good people who want to work hard, do the right thing, and make Washington work for the American middle-class. The most effective leaders in that group are those who make tough, informed decisions and aren’t afraid to step into leadership roles.

The House is in Play- Let's March into '18 Together

Last night’s results in Georgia were disappointing – we wanted to win and left everything on the field. Despite the loss, we have a lot to be proud of. The margin was close in this deep red district, and Jon Ossoff pushed the race to the limit in both the primary and runoff by impressively mobilizing the base and persuading independents and moderate Republicans. We will carry those key lessons forward in order to compete in districts as Republican-leaning as Georgia, and also the dozens of districts on our battlefield that are much more competitive.
